Book Your Hair Extensions Consultation Online
We are so excited for you to begin your hair extension journey!
New extensions clients will need to book a consultation prior to an installation appointment. We require you to have a consultation first so one of our extension specialists can discuss your suitability, options and pricing.
To book directly with one of our stylists for in salon-consultation, head to our online booking option below to find a suitable time. Once you have secured your booking appointment, your request will be approved and confirmed by our team and you will then receive a pre consultation form before your appointment so we can begin the process.
Consultations are $50, this is a non-refundable payment to secure your booking. If we go ahead with an installation appointment, the $50 will be deducted from your extensions service.
For all other online bookings, we ask for a non-refundable 50% booking fee when securing your appointments.
Appointments cancelled outside of the 24-hour cancellation period will be refunded to the card that was used for the booking, however a small surcharge fee will apply.
Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total amount of service/s originally booked. The booking fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file that was used to secure your booking.
