ORDERING

Orders need to be received by 3:00pm ensure they are processed, packed and couriered out by close of business that day. Orders received after 3:00pm will be held until the next processing day.

We ship our entire range of products via Australia Post.

FLAT RATE

STANDARD – $10

EXPRESS – $15

Depending on where you are located within Australia, shipping times may vary between regions and states. As we are based in South Australia, the following will provide you with average time allowances for items posted.

STANDARD SHIPPING

SA Residential customers: Approx. 1 – 2 business days

VIC, NSW, ACT, WA, QLD, NT & TAS Metro Residential customers: Approx. 2 – 3 business days.

Rural and Country areas: Approx 2-6 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

SA Residential customers: Approx. 1 business day

VIC, NSW, ACT, WA, QLD, NT & TAS Metro Residential customers: Approx. 1-2 business days.

Rural and Country areas: Approx 1-3 business days.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We will happily exchange a customer’s hair extensions providing that the hair extensions have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Please contact us immediately upon receipt if you are unhappy with the hair.

Human hair extensions are regarded as being a hygienic product, due to health and safety standards we do NOT accept returns if they have been opened. This is to ensure customers receive hygienic hair extensions of high standard and quality. This is a common policy among hair extension suppliers.

All returns must be returned in a similar fashion in which they arrived. Once we have assessed that the hair extensions have not been opened or tampered with, we will send out an alternative option of your choosing.

Alternatively, a replacement set can be purchased, and a refund will be given once we have assessed that the hair extensions have not been tampered with.

The stockist is responsible for all postage costs. Please ensure that your return package has a tracking number attached to it as we are not responsible for lost items.

We will happily provide stockists with an exchange/credit once we have received the hair extensions and have assessed that they have NOT been opened. Please allow 2-4 business days for the exchange.

What happens if I believe my product is faulty?

If you believe the product is faulty, please contact us immediately via email at ryley@yovankaloria.com.au or phone 0427 229 645. The product must be shipped back to our head office and once we have assessed the returned product, an alternative option of your choosing will be sent out.

If we deem that our aftercare guidelines have not been adhered to, the product will be returned to you and no exchange/credit will be given. Any reactions caused by bleaching, lightening or treating the extensions with chemicals will not be covered under our returns policy.
