About Us: Yovanka Loria has been pioneering a revolutionary hair extensions system with its unique application method, believing that hair extensions would become a healthy choice. The brand has evolved over the past four years and ‘Yovanka Loria Extensions’ are now stocked in over 50 salons across Australia, and 150 in the United States. Position Objective: This role is responsible for supporting the administration needs across all departments and functions of the YL business, education admissions, including marketing and sales reporting, marketing collateral, office maintenance, meeting scheduling, customer service, data entry, diary management, education and events/PR support. The admissions manager plays a pivotal role in setting the environment for the admissions of high-quality stockists. This will involve assisting and working closely with the CEO and marketing team, developing and co-ordinating our growing stockist list and products. KEY DUTIES Education Support:- Manage education course enquiries and admission of stockists’
- Co-ordinate all education courses nation-wide and overseas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our stockist community
- Facilitate upcoming courses/events
- Prep stockists/salons and educators with event details and run sheets
- Stockist onboarding and processing contractual agreements
- Create an education calendar
- Prep stockist with onboarding
- Organise kits for education day
- Organise any travel, accommodation, and catering requirements for the education teams
- Organise education events, including new product launches and community events
- Any additional administration support required by the Marketing Manager and Education Manager
- Assist with the production and send out to database of EDMS
- Assist social media manager with general engagement and education enquires on social media platform with our communities
- Prepare any research on competitors and industry updates as required by the marketing team
- Assist Product Development team with product testing coordination
- Assist marketing with any data reporting and presentations
- Assist with any CRM reporting.
- Take responsibility for the care and upkeep of the office environment, including cleaning scheduling and always ensuring office is presentable
- Order all stationery supplies
- Order all IT and phone equipment as required
- Assist with setup of all new employees’ onboarding, access and induction
- Welcome and care for any guests to the YL headquarters
- Produce presentations as required for meetings and stockist’s meetings as needed
- Assist the Customer Service team with any customer service queries, calls, emails, ordering queries and deliveries
- Prepare materials and coordinate setup at brand meetings, conferences and stockist’s meetings
- Inventory receiving, process ordering and posting
- Education event planning
- Backend management of online store
- Other general tasks as required by CEO and Marketing
- PA to CEO

- Experience in administration, customer service or events management also an advantage
- Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint and Dropbox
- Willingness to learn accounting and inventory software
- Experience in hair and beauty an advantage but not necessary
